Lu Feifei serves as the Advisor of the Green Finance Center of the Paulson Institute. In this role, Lu Feifei assists the Managing Director and collaborates with the entire GFC team to develop and promote various initiatives related to green finance.

Lu Feifei has a wealth of experience in public policy and project management and has gained an in-depth understanding of policymaking and international relations. Before joining the Paulson Institute, she served as the Prosperity Fund Programme Director on the China Prosperity Fund team of the British Embassy, Beijing for seven years. She led the Secretariat team of the Fund, coordinated the relationship between The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and the Chinese government, and supported a number of multi-year policy reform programs. In addition, she has also worked with the United Nations and the Asian Development Bank headquarters in Manila.

Lu Feifei graduated from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore and the Sciences Po Paris with dual master degrees in public policy and public affairs.
