Phylicia Wu is a Director at the Paulson Institute. She focuses on developing and implementing initiatives of the Institute’s Green Finance Center that was launched in 2018 to support green development through the use of market mechanisms. Phylicia also works across the Institute on various strategic projects and programs. She is a 2021 Women Leaders in Energy Fellow at the Atlantic Council Global Energy Center.

Prior to joining the Paulson Institute, Phylicia was the Research and Programs Assistant for the U.S Chamber of Commerce’s China Center. She has also served at the Office of the United States Trade Representative in the Office of China Affairs.

Phylicia is from Atlanta and received her M.S. degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and B.B.A. from Emory University. She is proud to hail from the Peach State and is an avid Atlanta sports fan.
