Cathy Gifford is the Director of Human Resources at the Paulson Institute and is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources function. Cathy brings many years of experience managing compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. Most recently she was the Director of HR for Geneva Trading, where she developed and expanded the HR function as the company grew to have multiple legal entities and international locations. She has supported employees through virtually all phases of organizational changes including startup operations, significant growth, mergers, acquisitions, office openings, and leadership change. She enjoys working with dynamic teams to drive positive change. With a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Cathy brings a unique perspective to her role.
Driven by her desire to support an organization determined to improve international relations and address environmental challenges, she is thrilled to be part of the Paulson Institute.
