In her role as Executive Assistant, Vicky Beal supports Henry M. Paulson’s work with the Paulson Institute as well as his other professional activities. Vicky works closely with Chairman and his Chief of Staff to keep the office organized and ensure that critical deadlines are met.

Vicky worked closely with the principals and C-Suite executives of privately held organizations for several years, where she coordinated complex meetings, events and travel itineraries. Most recently, she was the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO and Board of Directors of Griffith Foods, a company that works closely with its customers to bring science to the food industry – in ways that respect and sustain the planet. Prior to that, Vicky worked with private equity and financial advisory firms. Accomplished at meeting demanding deadlines, she takes pride in developing productive, professional relationships.

Vicky attended Harrington College of Design and is a professional freelance photographer.
