Kaiser Kuo is host of the Sinica Podcast, a weekly current affairs show on SupChina.com, where he also serves as editor-at-large. In 2016, he repatriated to the U.S. after 20 years in China, where his career spanned the gamut from guitarist of the seminal Chinese metal band Tang Dynasty, to tech entrepreneur, to technology reporter, to communications director for China’s largest search engine, Baidu. Kaiser speaks frequently on topics related to technology and politics in China. He now makes his home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
